Spring is officially here for me...I went for my second bike ride of the season yesterday along the Hudson all the way up to the Geo Washington Bridge and it was stupendiforous. Here is a picture of a tree that I took on my adventures. It was shedding some of its blossoms, and I felt I had to capture the moment....
On the writing front, I have begun the new book, and I have put myself on a lean and mean diet of 1000 (new) words per day, which will get me finished with the first draft on or around July 2nd. I hope to have my queries out by the middle of July. It's good to be working on something new. I also have another idea rattling around in my brain, it erupted in the middle of the night and wouldn't let me back to sleep until I wrote it down, so that's fun.
I sent "The Guardian" to Tor this morning. I can't believe that I didn't send it to them in that first round! Whatever, they can take a look now.
I'm thinking of joining Facebook. People keep telling me I should. I'm still wary. Unsure. hmmm.
